How much is shipping?
U.S. shipping is free on orders of $70 or more. Under $70, U.S. Economy shipping is $4.90 and Standard is $9.90.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, and U.S. delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International rates are calculated at checkout based on your address.
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days after your order arrives to request a return. Frames need to be unworn and in their original packaging. Email return@thezoptics.com to start. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Full return policy
Can I exchange for a different frame?
We don't do direct exchanges. The fastest way is to return your pair and place a new order once the return is approved.
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Email return@thezoptics.com right away with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
Are the lenses polarized?
Yes. Our frames use TAC polarized lenses with UV400 protection, which reduces glare and blocks UVA and UVB rays.
What are the frames made of?
Signature frames (Noir, Ghost, Azure) are acetate. Essentials use TR90 and acetate, which keeps them light and a little flexible.
How do I know which size fits?
Each product page lists lens width, bridge and temple length under "Size and Fit." Compare those with a pair you already own. Need help? Send us a message.
What's the difference between Signature and Essentials?
Signature ($65) is our full-acetate line with a heavier, polished feel. Essentials ($44) are lighter TR90 and acetate frames made for everyday wear.
