Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at return@thezoptics.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns must be sent to our facility in California.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at return@thezoptics.com and we’ll make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
